Description DM-Dover XYRB crossed roller stages are low profile stages designed for a wide range of applications. Common uses include factory automation microelectronics assembly and laser machining. These tables use 3 mm crossed roller ways and provide high stiffness. Precision ground preloaded ballscrews allow higher speeds than our leadscrew-driven XYRâ„¢ tables. A specialized monolithic center couples the upper and lower axes making the stage stiff and compact with machined in orthogonality. Both motors are mounted to the center section so they move with the lower axis. Pitch cover protection is also standard eliminating any safety concerns. Description The DPS MAG linear motor stage is a very compact high performance direct drive table suitable for use in a wide range of applications.The integral iron core direct drive linear motor features up to 5G acceleration and a peak force generation of 170N. Its high acceleration and force generation make it an ideal candidate for demanding life sciences photonics semiconductor and disk positioning applications. MAG stages are very compact; measuring 50 mm tall by 150 mm wide.Any two versions will bolt directly together to form a very stiff compact X-Y assembly without the need of adapter plates. MAG stages employ a moving magnet design which locates all cables and connectors in the stationary base.The resulting absence of moving cable is clean and compact and eliminates motion errors due to cable forces.The precision ground cross roller way provide high stiffness together with smooth motion and are capable of supporting torques due to offset loads. Cage creep is eliminated through the use of geared cage assemblies. The built-in encoder is available with resolutions from 1 micron down to 50nm. Description The LM Series is a very popular single-axis positioning table. It incorporates precision crossed roller ways into the same envelope as its TM series counterpart providing high load capacities and increased stiffness. The LM Series has the bearing journals machined into the base section as most of NEAT’s stages do to ensure precise location. Description Ball Bearing Rotary Tables The RT Series incorporates large preloaded ball bearings and a precision worm/ gear drive. The 6" 8" 10" and 12" diameter versions include a preloaded anti-backlash worm assembly to provide exceptional angular accuracy and repeatability. They include an internally mounted Hall-effect limit sensor that is wired directly to a locking limit/encoder connector for position registration accurate to a single step. These units include a motor with a knob and a flexible coupling. A second limit sensor can optionally be installed to electrically restrict travel in applications where the 360 degree travel must be limited to a specific arc. Clear apertures (or "through-holes") are optionally available. Our integral rotary encoder can be specified with our RT Series where it provides 0.001 degree resolution encoder feedback with a 180:1 worm/gear ratio and a 200 step/rev. stepping motor with a divide-by-ten microstep drive. Crossed Roller Rotary Tables The RTR Series of motorized rotary tables provides unlimited angular positioning with a high load capacity. The RTR Series design uses a large crossed roller bearing which provides high torsional stiffness in addition to its high load capacity. The 6" 8" 10" and 12" diameter versions include a preloaded anti-backlash worm assembly to provide exceptional angular accuracy and repeatability. A Halleffect limit sensor provides a convenient "home" reference position accurate to a single step. These units include a motor with a knob and a flexible coupling. Description The XY Series incorporates precision cost-effective ball ways. It is built using a monolithic center which precisely locates the critical duplex and radial bearing journals within the massive center section. This design results in the lowest profile available for an X-Y Table (3.5") and machines-in orthogonality which is determined solely by the center section machining. Note that both motors are attached to the center section; when the lower axis moves both motors move together. These units incorporate anti-backlash friction nuts coupled to precision leadscrews to achieve very high repeatability. Description Small Ball Way Tables The RMS Series of positioning tables is a "shuttle" configuration of our RM tables. Recirculating ball modules are incorporated in the table top resulting in a compact 3.00" long x 3.25" wide shuttle. The remaining dimensions match those of our full-top RM Series including base and shuttle mounting holes. This allows units of either series to be bolted together to form X-Y positioning assemblies. Hall-effect limit sensors are built-in to each table and in-line connectors allow modular cabling to both the motor and limit switches. A motor knob and coupling are also included on all standard units. Small Ball Way Shuttles The RM Series of single-axis positioning tables provides a compact low cost alternative to conventional full-sized units. Overall dimensions are 2" high x 2 5/8" wide with a table length equal to 1" more than the table travel making them ideal for disk drive certifiers analyzers spinstands and other applications with demanding space constraints. Hall-effect limit sensors are built-in to each table. Miniature latching inline connectors provide a convenient detachable coupling between the table and its control electronics. Description The DPS LMB stage takes our standard LM stage andupgrades it in several ways. First and most importantly theenhancement adds a precision ground preloaded ballscrewinside the same cross section. The added ballscrewincreases axial stiffness and the preloaded nature allowslinear encoders to be used in servo applications.Duty cycle life and speed are also greatly improved withthis upgrade. Leads are available in 2 and 5 mm standardsizes. A larger thrust bearing is also used to increase axialload carrying capabilities These enhancements make thisstage ideal to be used in vertical applications.Optional inline brakes are available to prevent the stagefrom back driving. TMS models replace the conventional full sized top of the TM series with a recirculating shuttle assembly. This results in a much more compact overall moving envelope for the table for use in limited space applications.
