Valves

Blocking valves are designed for precise repeatable stopping of moving cylinders or to maintain the position of a cylinder in the event of an air pilot signal loss. Blockers are used for positioning, jogging, and safety purposes. Operating pressure is 0 -150 psi with a temperature range of 5 degrees F to 140 degrees F. Maximum operating frequency is 10 Hz with a life expectancy of 10 million cycles at 90 psi, 68 degrees F, dry air and 1 Hz operating frequency.

Lockout valves are made of cast aluminum alloy with a metal handle for durability. Bright color for high visibility. Complies with O.S.H.A. Standard 29 CFR part 1910. Operating pressure range of 0 to 250 psi and a temperature range of 32 degrees F to 160 degrees F. Cv range of 3.0 to 10.0. All valves have a 1" exhaust port. All parts have a silencer included.

Mufflers are used in exhaust ports on vacuum generators. Mufflers are made of acetal material with pressure rating of 0 -130 psi and a temperature range of -41 degrees F to 140 degrees F.
