In fact, their formidable magnetic performances result from sacrifice of mechanical strength. ALNICO means ALuminum Nickel CObalt (plus iron). It is a well-established alloy much superior to all steels. ALCOMAX is also of the ALNICO type but more modern and with efficiency several times greater.

Soft and flexible magnet material. Can be easily cut and drilled. EM-888 comes with two 5.9" strips per bag and has adhesive strips for attaching to non-metal surfaces.
