Model 78 Air Impact Marker

The Columbia Marking Tools Model 78 Air Impact Marker delivers powerful, consistent marks in a compact and durable design. This pneumatic marker produces up to 18 times more impact force than a standard air cylinder of the same bore, making it ideal for industrial part identification and traceability applications.

Model 78 Specifications

  • Maximum Marking Pressure: 1,500 lbs (at 80 psi) for 1" stroke; 2,200 lbs for 2" stroke
  • Operating Pressure: 20–80 psi
  • Recommended Air Hose: Minimum 1/4" I.D.
  • Recommended Air Valve: CMT TP valve or 1/4" 4-way valve
