Model 78 Specs:

  • Maximum Marking Pressure: 1,500 lbs (at 80psi) for 1" stroke and 2,200 lbs for 2" stroke
  • Operating Pressure: 20 to 80psi
  • Recommended Air Hose: 1/4" I.D. minimum
  • Recommended Air Valve: CMT TP valve or 1/4" 4-way valve

    Model 78 Overview:

  • 2 basic styles include standard or submersible (specially coated in a non-corrosive material for additional protection)
  • 2 mounting styles, foot or rear
  • 4 standard rod styles for different type/stamping die configurations
  • Keyed (non-rotating) or non-keyed (rotating) rod options

    The Model 78 Impact Markers are air operated and offer 18 times the force of an air cylinder with the same bore. These marking tools are compact in their construction, allowing them to be installed in places with limited space.
