Description:When creating the helix feature, make sure the number of revolutions is less or equal to one. A helix feature with a revolution larger than one will cause the flat pattern to overlap on itself causing an error in SOLIDWORKS. From the sweep feature, we are only interested in extracting its edges to be used for the creation of the sheet metal. The 3DSketch boundaries extracted from the sweep feature will be used as curve boundaries for the lofted bends.
