Description
Despite its small 2-inch size, the 391 two-way breather valve provides a strong flow profile of 20 cfm at 0.4 psi. Included is a manual relief feature to equalize internal pressure to make opening the container easier. One application that utilizes the 391 is a medium-sized, fiberglass shipping container for transporting propellers.

Description
The 414 two-way breather valve was originally developed to provide pressure relief to electrical cabinets aboard military reconnaissance aircraft in the event of rapid decompression. Since then, it has been used in many military enclosure applications that require EMI shielding owing to its aluminum construction and electrically conductive chem film coating.

Description
With its extra-low pressure setting, the 553 is a one-way pressure relief valve that is primarily used to provide precise control of the positive pressure in an enclosure with clean air or nitrogen purge. The static pressure can be controlled by the adjustable nut found behind the hinging, louvered cover.

Description
With its extra-low pressure setting, the 554 is a one-way pressure relief valve that is primarily used to provide precise control of the positive pressure in an enclosure with clean air or nitrogen purge. The static pressure can be controlled by the adjustable nut found behind the hinging, louvered cover. A lower-cost variant of the 553, the 554 utilizes PVC internal components to provide precise positive pressure control in an enclosure with clean air or nitrogen purge. The 554 valve is used in the oil industry to maintain positive pressure in processing control cabinets.

Description
The 556 two-way breather valve is used extensively on military enclosures and provides pressure relief in a variety of scenarios. It protects the enclosure from excess pressure and vacuum during air transport, equalizes pressure due to temperature fluctuates, and relieves backpressure developed when a door is opened and closed. The 556 can be configured with many pressure settings, with an airtight cover or louvered cover, and for various installation wall thickness. Just let us know your specific needs.

Description
With over 100 cfm of flow at only 0.4 psi, the 702 two-way breather valve is used on large shipping containers to protect equipment from moisture ingress as well as to protect the container from damage due to excess pressure and vacuum. Some applications include lightweight, air-transportable aluminum and fiberglass shipping containers. One valve is sufficient for a container with an internal volume of 866 ft3 that can withstand a pressure differential of 0.4 psig.
