Description
This multi-body solid parts consist of mainly extrudes and revolved features and has one swept cut to create the threads. This is the main geometry for the two blade holder bodies. Note that they are revolved actually above the center-to-center Blade Length sketch, tangent to the blade peg construction geometry. Also, they are dependent on the blade length sketch; if the blade length increases or decreases, these features will be automatically updated.

Placed the midpoint of the main (horizontal) length of the crowbar on the origin. Needed to make a Sketch Plane for the Sweep hex cross section. The Plane was created parallel to the Right Plane and the through a sketch point from the Initial Outline sketch. If the initial outline should change, this Plane will update automatically.

Description
When creating the helix feature, make sure the number of revolutions is less or equal to one. A helix feature with a revolution larger than one will cause the flat pattern to overlap on itself causing an error in SOLIDWORKS. From the sweep feature, we are only interested in extracting its edges to be used for the creation of the sheet metal. The 3DSketch boundaries extracted from the sweep feature will be used as curve boundaries for the lofted bends.

Description
This part is a machined part with mainly extrusion and extruded cuts. This sketch uses offset entities using the outside boundaries of the profile feature sketch.Added material using convert and offset entities to follow profile and register boundaries. Using convert and offset entities allows for the perimeter wall geometry to update automatically if there are design changes of the parent features(in this case Sketch1 and Sketch3).

This part is a machined part with mainly extruded bosses and extruded cuts. We also add a slot pattern that are for cosmetic purposes only, and can be varied from lot to lot. Also, by using convert entities it allows for the wall geometry to update automatically if there are design changes of the parent features.
